How to use

Is this pillow too firm?

Slow-rebound memory foam is firmer initially and softens with body heat over the first few uses — it's designed to hold its shape rather than flatten, but it isn't a plush pillow.

Does the cooling layer need to be charged or refrigerated?

No — the cooling effect comes from the gel-infused foam material itself. There's nothing to plug in, freeze, or recharge; it stays consistent night to night.

Will my regular pillowcase fit this?

The butterfly shape is contoured rather than rectangular, so a standard pillowcase won't fit properly. Use it with the included removable cover, or without a cover at all.
